Halloween!

I decided for Halloween to have a party with some of our family friends! I planned the party and, it was really fun! We had a few games, snack, and we even went trick-or-treating around our neighborhood! Here are a few pictures!

Team Retreat and My BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!

September has been realllllly fun!!!!!!!! Last Friday we went to a place called Borowna with our entire Krakow team! Borowna is about 1 1/2 hours away from Krakow. It is also where we first found Milo! We were there from Friday until Sunday! I had alot of fun!!!!! Me and some of my friends camped out in tents!!!!! I also was able to celebrate my 12th birthday!!!!!!!! It was SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!! I had a great time! Below are some pictures!

At basketball camp we were able to go to the ruins of an old castle! It was really fun!!! We also were able to go to a big dam, and we went hiking!!!!! Here are some pictures!

My 3rd Polish Basketball camp!

On August 21-28, I was able to be at another basketball camp!!! We stayed at a really nice place, in a city about 2 hours away. The name of the city is Maniowy. I was rooming with 3 other girls, and it was alot of fun! There was an ice cream and pizza store close by too! We practiced twice a day (usually). For our meals, we had to walk (just down the road) to the town's Catholic church. In the back of the church, there were some apartment rooms. We were able to eat in a very small cafeteria type area. About 1 or 2 miles away there was a huge lake!!! A couple of the days we went "swimming!" I had sooooooo much fun!!!!!!!! Here are some pictures!!!!! Oh, I also got a new camera!!!! Morskie Oko!

Last Monday, our family went to Zakopane with Sarah, a journey girl here in Krakow. We went to a lake called Morskie Oko, in the Tatra Mountains!!! It was really pretty!!! The water in the lake was so clear that you could see far out into the lake! It was also 50 degrees cold up by the lake! The hike up to the lake and back down was 10 miles!!! I was able to get some cool pictures. Enjoy looking at them!

We are coming to the end of summer...

Well, my summer has been really fun! I have had a great time not having to do any school!!!! We have gotten to swim some, and it has been really fun! About 2 weeks ago, we went to a bed and breakfast type thing for 1 night. It was very nice, and there was an indoor swimming pool! The lady that owned the lodge had a Persian cat! The cat had 2 adorable kittens! They were really cute! In the village, we found another kitten! And we decided to keep him!!!!! He is about 2 months old, and he is reallllllly cute! We named him Milo! He is very playful!

I have basketball camp this Friday for 1 week! I am excited!!! We have already started our practices!!! The practices are alot of fun!! I'll post a few pictures of our new kitten!

Softball!!!

Earlier this month, we had part of a softball team come to Krakow for one week! They did a kid's camp, where they were able to teach kids the basics of baseball/softball! It was really fun! They had an average of 30-50 kids come each day!!! Also one of our collegues has started a Krakow Tigers baseball. The girls were able to meet the guys and help teach basic baseball! On their free days, I helped show the girls around Krakow! It was really fun and I had a great time with them!
